Caves de Ksara
Ksara is the Lebanon’s oldest winery, created in 1857 by a group of Jesuit monks.
A grotto dating back to the roman area was discovered just because chickens have been terrorizing.
Attempts to smoke out a fox led a determinate boy to stumble across the ancien caves.
Now the caves run for 2 kilometers under the winery and offer a constant temperature and hydrometry providing the ideals conditions for the aging of wine.
